Installing on Gomag

The Gomag admin panel is in Romanian. Below, menu names and field labels are shown exactly as they appear there, with an English explanation.

What you need

• your form created on Retragere.ro, with your email confirmed;
• administrator access to your Gomag panel.

Steps

1. Copy the installation code. You will find it in the “Formularul de retragere e activ” email or on your form page.

   Replace FORMULARUL-DUMNEAVOASTRA with the form name you received by email, or copy the ready-made code from your form page.

2. Create the page. In the Gomag panel: Continut → Pagini → Adaugă pagină (Content → Pages → Add page), then choose the Pagina template.
3. Fill in the fields at the top:
   • Nume pagina (page name): Retrageți-vă din contract aici;
   • Titlu (title): Retrageți-vă din contract aici.
4. Paste the code into Continut (content). In the editor toolbar, click Sursă (Source) so the editor switches to HTML, then paste the code. Pasted in the normal mode, the code would show up as text.
5. Check visibility: Vizibil: Da (visible: yes), for Toți clienții (all customers).
6. Fill in the SEO section:
   • URL: retragere-din-contract;
   • Denumire Link (link name): Retrageți-vă din contract aici. This is the link text in the menu, so it must be the wording OUG 18/2026 requires;
   • Elimina de la indexare (exclude from indexing): optional, on.
   Save the page.
7. Add the link to the footer. In Continut → Meniuri (Content → Menus), add the page you created to the footer menu, so the link is visible on every page of your shop. The page option Afișează în meniu (show in menu) puts it in the main menu; you can turn that on as well if you like.
8. Open the page on your site and send a test request with your own email: you should get the confirmation, and the request address should get the copy.

If something does not work

• The form does not appear: check that the website address in your sign-up matches your shop’s address (the form only works on your domain).
• There is empty space below the form: the editor removed the <script> part of the code. The form works; only its height stays fixed.
• The code shows as text: you pasted it in visual mode. Delete it and paste it again in HTML mode.

The native Gomag app “Formular Retur” is not needed for withdrawals. You can keep it for returns or hide it, so there are not two forms.
