Installing on Shopify

What you need

• your form created on Retragere.ro, with your email confirmed;
• access to the Shopify admin (Online Store).

Steps

1. Copy the installation code.

   Replace FORMULARUL-DUMNEAVOASTRA with the form name you received by email, or copy the ready-made code from your form page.

2. Create the page. In Shopify: Online Store → Pages → Add page. For Title, enter Retrageți-vă din contract aici.
3. Paste the code in HTML mode. In the content editor toolbar, click Show HTML (the <> icon), then paste the code.
4. Check visibility: Visibility must be Visible. Click Save.
5. Add the link to the footer. Online Store → Navigation → Footer menu → Add menu item:
   • Label: Retrageți-vă din contract aici;
   • Link: choose the page you created in step 2.
   Click Save menu.
6. Send a test request from your shop, with your own email.

Your shop’s domain

The form only works on the domain you entered when signing up. If your shop is reachable both at shop.myshopify.com and at your own domain, sign up with your own domain, the one your customers see. For an additional domain, write to us.

If something does not work

• There is empty space below the form: some themes remove the <script> part. The form works; only its height stays fixed.
• The form does not appear: check that the domain in your sign-up is the one you are opening.
