Installing on any site

In short

1. Copy the installation code.

   Replace FORMULARUL-DUMNEAVOASTRA with the form name you received by email, or copy the ready-made code from your form page.

2. Create a new page called Retrageți-vă din contract aici.
3. Paste the code into a block or editor that accepts HTML.
4. Add a link to the page in the footer, so it is visible across the whole site.
5. Send a test request with your own email.

On the most common platforms

WordPress / WooCommerce

Pages → Add New, then add a Custom HTML block and paste the code. Footer link: Appearance → Menus (or the theme editor).

PrestaShop

Design → Pages → Add new page. In the editor, switch to source code and paste the code. If the iframe disappears on save, turn on Shop Parameters → General → “Allow iframes on HTML fields”.

MerchantPro

Create a new content page and paste the code in the editor’s HTML mode, then add the page to the footer menu.

Wix

Add a new page, then the Embed Code → Embed HTML element, and paste the code. Wix shows the code in a fixed-height box: set it to at least 1400 px.

Your own site (HTML)

Paste the code on the page you want, where the form should appear.

If your platform does not accept code

Put a direct link to the form in the footer. It works the same, except it opens on our address rather than on your shop’s page:

The embedded form only works on the domain you entered when signing up. The direct link works anywhere.
